Meet the faces behind the wine
The Otto Bestué family has been dedicating themselves to the cultivation of vine and wine on their farms located in Enate (Huesca) for more than three centuries. Today, a limited selection of bottles, made from grapes from their vineyards, show off this tradition, representing in their wines the terroir and typicality of this particular area of Somontano.
The wine
It came with fresh and fruity aromas. Mild slightly bitter taste. Straw yellow in color, it has aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. Very fresh on the palate.
Match your moment
There are things that are better not to change. Thinking of a good white inevitably comes to my head ... fish!
Here's an example of baked salmon with broccoli.
Chicken curry
Ingredients: 2 people
600 grams of salmon fillets
3 sprigs of dill
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cloves of garlic
½ lemons
400 grams of broccoli
1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
Olive oil
Shall
Pepper
Elaboration
Wash the dill and chop it. Reserve some for garnish. Peel and mince the garlic. Mix the dill with the honey, the juice of half a lemon, the ground coriander seeds and the garlic. Add salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well until you get a thick cream.
Chop the salmon fillets. Spread the top of these with the previous preparation. Cover with cling film and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Wash and chop the broccoli into twigs. Steam for 4 minutes.
Remove the film, place the fish in an ovenproof dish with the skin facing down and roast it for 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 200º. Serve it with the broccoli.
