I saw of the Mas
Vi del Mas is a red wine made with Grenache and Syrah from the vineyards of the Mas d'en Cosme estate, with clayey-calcareous soils with granitic sands.
After the manual harvest, in the winery the grapes are 50% destemmed, carrying out macerations from 1 to 5 days. It ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and in polymer egg tanks. The aging is in these same deposits, 6 months in stainless steel plus 2 months in eggs.
A fluid, fresh and juicy wine. A mature vintage that further enhances the fruity part of the wine. Intense red fruit on the nose, with floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate it is agile, crunchy and very long.
